our family on the narrow road
Hi! We are Matt and Leah Jurek. We are both physical therapists who decided in 2019 to take our profession on the road taking travel contracts. We have two of the most brilliant, vibrant, good looking, perfect children there are – and I’m sure they would agree if they understood what those words meant. Faith is our eight-year-old daughter, and Fisher is our five-year-old son. The kids were five and two when we decided to sell it all and embark on this journey living in an RV full time – man, how time flies!
We are actually a very average middle class family. However, we decided that we did not have to live the average middle class life as culture has taught us. We have decided to use our talents and opportunities to live outside the cultural norm and figure out how to truly live and enjoy the time of life we have been granted now. Through some very personal and trying experiences, we have learned nothing is guaranteed.

We began this website as a blog meant to document all the funny, sad, ups/downs that we will have the privilege to enjoy and overcome as we travel as a family, taking employment through various travel PT opportunities we choose along the way. We hope you enjoy journeying with us through this website. Our goal is to inspire others to be extraordinary through choosing the narrow road.

A new brand
Following our hearts, listening to God’s guidance, we have been led to add to our journey through offering family friendly products.
We have found the “challenges” of being parents to young children are real…yet way more tolerable when the kids are engaged. We have expected a lot from our kids from hikes, to long travel days, and the “norms” like behaving in restaurants and engaging in workouts with us. More often than not, they fall short of our expectations of doing it like us – well, duh! They’re kids…
Oh wait…They’re Kids! Lets do this activity on their level. Well, that’s a novel idea, and actually way more enjoyable for all parties, making space for some very real parent-child bonding! It was this realization that prompted us to begin our journey with providing parents products aimed at just this.
With no experience in graphic design, product marketing, fulfillment, you name it (remember Leah and I spent 7 years earning our Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees), we are very pleased to be launching our first product, Flip Fit, under our “new brand”. The game is created 100% by us up to the smallest details on the cards.
